Each crate and insert is laser cut, hand painted and detailed in-house, giving it the layered character you will not get from a flat printed decoration.

Interchangeable Mini Crate
Personalized and custom-made items are final sale because they are created specifically for you. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error made by KNG Design, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can work with you to make it right.
Non-personalized items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging when possible.
Clear photos of the item, all packaging, and the shipping label will be required before a return, replacement, or refund for damage or defects can be approved. We may request additional photos, video, or the return of the item when needed to verify the claim. Please keep the item and all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Natural variations in wood grain, stain, color, pattern placement, and hand-finished details are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when an exchange is not related to damage, a defect, or an error made by KNG Design. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
When a return is required, an approved refund or exchange will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Complex custom orders or products requiring design approval may need additional production time. Any extended turnaround time will be stated in the product listing or communicated after your order is placed.
Production time does not include shipping transit time. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on the package size, destination, and shipping service. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact KNG Design as soon as possible. Addresses can only be corrected before an order has shipped. Orders returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address may require an additional shipping charge before they can be resent.
If an unexpected issue delays your order before it is given to the shipping carrier, KNG Design will notify you as soon as possible.
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery delays caused by weather, service disruptions, or other carrier-related issues are outside KNG Design’s control. We will gladly help you review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next step.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact KNG Design within 14 days of delivery and keep the item, all packaging, and the shipping label. Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label will be required to submit a carrier claim or approve a replacement or refund. Additional photos, video, or the return of the item may also be requested when needed to verify the claim.
Right to Refuse Personalization
KNG Design reserves the right to decline any personalization, design, wording, image, or order that we consider hateful, discriminatory, threatening, derogatory, infringing, illegal, politically charged, or otherwise inappropriate.
This includes sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation, or content that promotes or makes light of nonconsensual sexual violence. Consensual adult themes, adult humor, sexual jokes, profanity, and dark-romance references may be accepted at KNG Design’s discretion.
We will not create work that we are uncomfortable producing or having associated with the KNG Design name.
If an order is declined for this reason, the affected item will be canceled and any payment collected for that item will be refunded.
Customer-Provided Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, wording, addresses, color selections, and other personalization details before submitting an order. Information will be produced as entered unless a change is agreed upon before production begins.
KNG Design is not responsible for errors contained in information submitted or approved by the customer. Changes requested after production has begun may require an additional charge or a replacement order.
Design Proofs and Approvals
When a design proof is provided, production will not begin until the customer approves it. Approval confirms that the spelling, wording, layout, and selected design details are correct.
Changes requested after a proof has been approved may require an additional design or replacement fee. Delayed approval may also extend the original estimated completion date.
Customer-Submitted Images and Designs
By submitting an image, logo, design, phrase, or other content, the customer confirms that they own it or have permission to use and reproduce it. KNG Design reserves the right to decline content that may violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Please contact KNG Design directly if there is a problem with your order so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
KNG Design reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using order records, customer communications, proof approvals, tracking information, delivery confirmation, photographs, and other available documentation.
Customers associated with an unresolved payment dispute may be prevented from placing additional orders while the dispute is under review. Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks will result in permanent refusal of future orders from the customer and any associated accounts.
Right to Cancel an Order
KNG Design reserves the right to cancel and refund an order that we cannot safely, legally, or reasonably fulfill, including orders affected by unavailable materials, equipment failure, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, prohibited personalization, or circumstances outside our control.
